The plan is for a change in tenant project in the second floor Office Suite 213, of the Indiana Design Center in Carmel, Indiana. The plan is for an existing 2,650 square foot space office facility for the Ferguson company, who has a retail showroom in another part of the building. The current 2,650 sq ft space is an existing office use, Group B, that was previously occupied by NorthQuad, Marketing & Consulting, and prior to that by Mitsch Design, an interior design firm, both Occupancy Group B uses. The Ferguson Office remodel will require only minor interior modifications, including under 100 linear feet of interior nonloadbearing partition walls, and minor electrical branch circuit receptacle relocations. There will be no plumbing or mechanical systems modifications. The Project is of a minor scope of work and involves no modifications that would require filing with IDHS under 675 IAC 12-6-4. I have attached drawings showing the entire scope of the project. Therefore, I am requesting approval for direct filing of construction documents by the Contractor with the Carmel Building Department for local permitting. As always, I and my staff of architects at Pedcor Design Group will be providing construction observation during the construction work and will report to the Owner any observed deficiencies or variations in the work as represented in the documents submitted for permits. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at any time. Sincerely, James R. Stutzman, AIA, NCARB, CSI
