* Seal all joints between dissimilar materials.

* Exterior metal drip cap, wall waterproofing and flashing install in all applicable areas with manufacturer specifications.
* Window/door waterproofing and flashing install in all applicable areas with manufacturer specifications.
* Flashing installed to wall/roof connections.
* Flashing installed at connections to two different masonry types. (ie. stone water-table with stone sill and brick above).
* Door flashing below the threshold.
* Flashing and water proofing top of chimney structure before installing chimney cap.
* Chimney exterior and interior metal flashing
* Baffle stop insulation installed properly, with correct R-factor.
* Low slope roofing material installed as per manufacturer specifications.
* Metal roofs to have ice and water shield material or equal, installed as per manufacturer specifications.
* Steel angle above windows, doors, and overhead doors to carry masonry as sized and installed as per contractor.
* Contractor shall determine appropriate ventilation of exterior eave and rake requirements as per roof assembly and finish materials.
