who t®ek charge ef the meeting;
The names ef several citizens wer~ ~ressnt~d £~r the filling ef the
aforesaid vacancy,an~ upas the mue censi~eratian ®f all facts presente~
the name ef Ray len~ricks was presente~ far appointment.

®f Trustee were given te him in brief, ia consented te accept the
afftce af Town Trustee,and was~swern in by the clerk.
The annual election ef the president ef the beard was then hel~,

The claim ef S.A.~o~gin for 1000 y~ ef gravel ef 600.00 was presented

The subject ef a settlement with the State llghway Cemmlsien ef the
suit new pen~ing in ceurt was ~iscussed, the clerk stating that attorney
Griffen ha~ sat~ that this suit coul~ ~e settle~ in two hours for one
t~musanA ~ellars,The Bear4 met with Judge Mimes in regard te this and
he told them that it was impessi~le,~ut he advise~ that the ~ear~ ge
~efere the Commission for settlement. After much ~iscusslen the
motion was me~c ey Trustee Aldre~ an~ secen~d~ ~y ~fetenhauer that
Tmustee Fellett an~ the Clerk ge ~efere t~e Cemmissien te arrange terms
an~ te report at a called meeting as seen as possible.
