Two petitions asking for the improvements of certain streets were
ta,bled for further investigaDioa. Town attorney was ordered to get

A petition, of Tom Ev~ns to be.t~e night man for the Town ,was acce~ed
Amotion was ~ade and properly carried to appropiate necessary fund%
for the general ~oral clean up in the Town of Carmel,it being ~rov~d
to the board that such cleanup was necessary and an emergency existinz
~fter a f~w general remarks as te the suceess of the Drainage

board was Unaminous tn granting said petition.
After discussion of a contract of ~.~.Yoeman in regards to
the repairing and grading of the ditch site it was agreed that
the Town wou~d held back pay due te ~aid Yeoman until work was
completed to the complete satisfaction of the Board.

A request for the graveling of College Ave. South ef A.PStanley

Mr C.C.~aJor and Mr. Swift were before the Board asking
that Lights be placed on post en West Main St. and the Main Square
after much discussion it was suggested that they co.nfer with the
Business men affected and report at::a later date.
