Ceiling height desinated by benchmarck above finished floor (AFF). 2. Each room to have individual switch located on wall at doorway to room. Typical unless noted otherwise in locations of 2 or more switches in close proximity. Switches are to be consolidated to a gang plate condition. 3. Provide fire rated dampers required at fire rated walls. 4. Trades to coordinate the height of fire suppression lines , roof drain leaders, roof stack vents and condensate lines to allow for ceiling heights as indicated on the reflected ceiling plan. 5. See RCP plas and schedule for ceiling heights. 6. See E-Series sheet for electrical and data locations. 7. Gypsum Board Finishing: A. Comply with ASTM C 840 standard specification and finishing of gypsum board: GA 214 recommended levels of gypsum board finish and GA 216-2000 application and finishing of gypsum board. B. Provide gypsum board minimum finish levels meeting the criteria established in GA 214 as follows: 1. Level 1 - Gypsum wall board permanently concealed from veiw. 2. Level 2 - Gypsum board behind and applied wall covering and walls and ceiling in mechanical and equipment rooms. 3. Level 4 - Gypsum wall board on interior walls for all tenant areas. 4. Level 5 - Gypsum wall board on finished ceilings and all common area walls. CEILING NOTES: 1 Provide 1/4" control joint to be: Fry Reglet DRM-50-25-2-PC or equal. Ref. detail 14/A510. 2 Lobby Acoustical ceiling tile to be Armstrong, Dune Tegular 24"x24" w/ Prelunde XL 15/16" grid. 3 Align finished faces. 4 Provide drywall bulkhead, Ref. sht. A401 for section view. 5 Provide 12"x12" access panel for water shut valve at second floor location only. Access panel to be 1 hour rated assembly with security latch.
