Minutes of the June meeting were read and approved, Bills were read and allowed as follows; Light Co 106.95 Boyer Fire Co Supplies 66.25 Adams - 80.00 Carmel Garage 59.26. Pete Eudaly Labor .?0 David Parsley .? 0 Upon the presenting of a petition for a street light to be placed at the intersection of Small St.and Roosevelt ave,it was discussed at length and upon the motion made by A.ldred and seconded by Pfotenhauer it was unaminously agreed that ¢ liCt should be placed at this point, Clerk was instruceed to notify the Northern Indiana Power Co. Clerk was ordered to pay hydrant rental to the Water Co.and pay inter~s~ on Bonds__promptly. A discussion of the pending suit for clearing of title to Town d%m~ was held. Also a preliminary tax levy meeting was held,prepartory to next month meeting'No further Business to come the B~rd,Neeting carried over. / ~ ~ Pres Pro Tam. Clerk August 4,1951. The Budget for next year was next disscussed and the members of the in coming board were present and after a long discussion on the past and future problems it was decided to discuss a budget of $. 1.50 per hundred dollars, Upon a motion made by Trustee Follett and duly seconded by ~rustee Photenhauer that a light be placed at the intersection of West and North streets and that the clerk notify the Northern Indiana Power Co. of such action. No further business to come before the over.
