Upon a petition signed by Perry Stoops and others asking for a
street light at the intersection of 3~$r St and The west corporation
line. Upon a motion made by Trustee Pfotenhauer duly seconded by
Trustee Follett the vote was taken and was unaminous that the petition
be granted, Clerk was ordered to notify the Norther Indiana power Co.

Fred Graves appeared before the Board asking that the license for Pool
tables be reduced for the coming year.
Upon the motion of Trustee Aldred that a reduction be made effective,
seconded by Trustee Pfotenhauer a vote was taken resulting unaminous
favorable to a reduction. After discussion as to the condition of
things in general pertaining to the Pool room business the following'
resolution be adopted; ....
"Be it resolved that;-- Whereas, there is a general depression
in all lines of business,and that the Pool room is supported by the class
now greatly affected, And ,wherems,
The license of Fifty dollars per %able, is not in keeping with the
times. Belt hereby resolved that for the year of L~52 the license shall
be 25.00 per table, ng was~carried over

Board met in Library hall with all members present at 8;$0 P.N.
at the meeting called by the Presldcnt for the purpose of settling
all claims out standing against the Town of Carmel.
Upon the reading of the bills,and a motion by Aldred and seconded
by Pfotenhauer ,clerk was instructed to pay all bills if money
was available.
The matter of the street'ligh~ at Perry Stoops~was taken up and
clerk was order~d to write N~rthern Indiana Power Co to take
light installed by them at Jesse Johnson to place ordered by Board
of trustees.
No further busihess to come before the Board,Neeting was
carried over to the 5 th of January 1932. at w~ich time the
