Clerk was instructed to write the Trustees of Noblem-
~iilc and Washington Township~ fn regard to the payment of fire
runs in %heir respective townships. Also was to see Jesse
Johnson ~o~ the Insurance Company paying their bills.
Kendall moved and ~nricks seconded that thc Seeright
bill of $ o7~ for haaling be giwen to the Health~$fficmr for
collection.
Clerk ~u~ to see our attorney about the changing of the
pNesen~ water rate in the su~Wumer months.
Board allowed Clerk to turn over $960.00 from General
Fund to th. Water Co. for payment of Bond Int. due July 10, 1932.
Resolution was adopted for the ~ppcintment of a member
in Frank ~ldr.d's place. June l~th was the date set for the
app~int~nent.
Henricks moved that each me~oer of the Town Board be
p..id s~leri~s at the rate of $60.00 per year *~.~% - ~s ~ipulated
in the ordinance now appearing on the Osdins.nce Bo~ of the town
of Carmel - up to and ~ncluding regular meeting night of June 7,
19~2 and the ~lerk be instructed to formulate a new ordinance
and publish sarape in accorda~]ce with the law, placing the salaries
at the rate of ~l~.00 per year to become effective as of the first
regular meeting night, July 5, 1932. Pfotenhauer seconded the
motion - Kendall voted nay - motion was c~rried.

Special Meeting.
Board met in special session on Tuesday evening, June 28,
at the TOWn Hall. All members PrSsent except Fred Ffotenhauer. The
purpose of the meeting was to appoint a~member in the Place of '
Framk AIdred. Kendall moved that Fred Johnson be appointed'; Hendr~x
moved that Jewe~t.be appointed. Cooper seconded and voted got Fred
Johnson who became appointee.
ordinance firing salary of Town Trustees was passed and
signed. , ~
Clerk was ordered to pay a bill of to Irwin for
stationery. Also $1.00 water bill of State Board cf Accounts.

Kendall moved and JOhnSon seconded that ~lerk have a
representative of the Boyer Company come here and look at our hose
that,is damaged. Carried.
Kendall moved and Johnson Seconded that Mr, TOttle~en'
have charge of the chaagSng of chemical for Fire Truck at $ 1.2~
per change. Csrried.
Johnson moved and Kendall seqonded that Noel Adams should
receive 2~ per hour.for use of his truck.'
Fred Pfntenhauer was appointed President-Pro Tem.
Mr. campbell was here and gave uS some good advice.
