Pfotehauer moved and Kendall seconded, that the bill ef Dr.
tabled at this time. Fred Johnson was inetruc~ed to investigate
should pay said bill. Carried.
Kendall moved and Pfotenhauer seconded; that the Clerk
January 3, 1933.
The Board met at the City Hall mt 7:30 P.M. Ail members
present. The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. The
following bills were allowed:-
Clerk Bond $ 30.00
Dr. Kenyon - Serum 24.50
Interest to AudTtor Sf ~tate 2.83
The Clerk was allowed to transfer $ 960.00 from the General/
Fund to the Water ~und - which is the Water Hydrant Rental} also ~
$ 720.00 to pay interest on W&~er Bonds.
Dr. Donahue was appointed Health Officer for 1933

The attorney was instructed to m~ke a~pearance in the muir
of Goldie Jeffriee against the Town of Cmrmel; then to work on
drainage in a legal way.

with plans for working out drainage en Wes~ Main St. Noel Adams was
instructed to make a survey and estimate cost of work and hand in to

Johnson moved and Pfotenhauer seconded that the town put in
ditch on West Main ~t.; the ditch to be deep enough to drain basements,
If property owners wanted to tap in, & charge would be made to go to the
General I~und.
Johnson was appointed President Pro. Tem. for a time while the
bill of Dr. Kenyon was discussed. Pfo~enhausr moved and Cooper seconded
that the bill would be turned down. Passed.
