Ail members present. The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. The following bills were allowed:- Clerk Bond $ 30.00 Dr. Kenyon - Serum 24.50 Interest to AudTtor Sf ~tate 2.83 The Clerk was allowed to transfer $ 960.00 from the General/ Fund to the Water ~und - which is the Water Hydrant Rental} also ~ $ 720.00 to pay interest on W&~er Bonds. Bank " Depneitory ~ 1933 Rue Hinshaw # Fire Chief # 193~ Clerk t~ sign contract of Citizens State Bank for Depository year 1933- The attorney was instructed to m~ke a~pearance in the muir of Goldie Jeffriee against the Town of Cmrmel; then to work on drainage in a legal way. Johnson was appointed President Pro. Tem. for a time while the bill of Dr. Kenyon was discussed. Pfo~enhausr moved and Cooper seconded that the bill would be turned down.
