The Clerk was ordered to take $ 2.94 off the light bill on
account of the outs for the month.
The Clerk was ordered to write N. Lee and order him to not
do any thing about filing a tax report.
The Clerk was ordered to sea the Health Officer and get

Small Street and 0o!lege Ave. at the south end, was ordered
graded and graveled. The labor was to be done by C.W.A.
C. Wirt handed in the following estimate for painting the
Water Tower ( 2 coats on the tank, I coat on the tower and ~ coats on
the riser~ pipe) :- estimated amount; 28 gal. Graphite and 4 g~.l.
Eltm~inum -- Price $150.00 for labor and $79.80 for paint.
The 'Clerk was ordered to get in touch .with the County Sur-
veyor in regard to tapping into the County Drain.

The Board net in the,City Hall at 7:30 P.K. All memkers
present except Pfotenhauer and H~rvey. The minutes of the last meeting

Kendall moved and Johnson seconded the motion that the Clwrk
have the light in front.of the Emma Phelps residence removed and put
in front of ~]~e. Hesther's residence on a petition presented by Vic.
Almond.
The Clerk was orde=ed to write the at,et Car Co. in reDard
to repairs on the crossing on Hmmmer St. Also in regaro to having the
guy wire remove~ from the parking lot.
Kendall moved and Johnson seconded the motion that,%hell
Clerk order Dog Tags - the fee for same to be 25~.
The. CLerk was ordered to write several concerBs for bids
on p~,inting the Water Tower.

The Board met in the City Hail on Tuesday evenir¥~, Es4~ 8th,
at 7:$0 P.I~{. All members were present except Harvey. The minutes of
the last meeting were read and approved. The following bills were

After bids on painting the water t@wer were read and dis-
cussed~ Kendall moved aud Lamb seconded the motion ~hat R.E. Winkler
be given the job; he doing the labor himself for $130.00. The
Wilkinson Lumber Go. was authorized to furnish the paint. Kendall
moved and Johnson seconded the motion, that the D~me of Carmel be
- painted on the tankv- the letters to be 3ft. by 18in. - the cost to
be $15.00.
The letter of Fred Zell was read in re~ard to outside
-creameries selling; their produc~ in Carme~. It was decided to inquire
further into the matter and report at the next meeting.
