New officers
peczal Meeting of the Town board was held at Jewett,s
Store at 7:00 P.M. Five members of the board took the oath
of office:

Oscar Applegate
Rue Hinshaw
Fred Photenhauer
Herb Lamb

2nd Ward
1st Ward
3rd Ward
4th Ward
Applegate moved and Photenhauer seconded that Rue
Hinshaw be made permanent chairman of the board. The vote was
unanimous for Hinshaw.

The board met at the City Hall at 6:30 P.M. All
members present except Photenhauer. The minutes of the last
meeting were read and approved. The following officers were
elected:

be $5.00 per month under the ordnance of April 3, 1928. Votes
were unanimous for same. The following bill were allowed:

There being no further business the Meeting adjourned.

The board met at the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. All
members present except Compton. The minutes of the last meeting
were read and approved. Light petition was read by Clerk, rel-
ative to cost per street light. Write Noblesville Power Co.
relating to rate on City Street Lights. Motion to put light
at A. W. Almondts residence. Motion carries if the appropriations
seem ample. The, following Oills were to be allowed:

Mr. Cranson made a report on federal tax, on the

Discussion on ways and means to take care of State
and Federal Tax. Petition for a light at the corner of College
and Walnut Streets was unanamously accepted by the board. The
light was to be installed when the funus were ample. There
