4. Informational Packets will be delivered to Plan Commission Administrator Joe Shestak no later than NOON, Friday,
October 8.
5. The Item will appear on the October 19, 2021 agenda of the Plan Commission (under “Public Hearings”). This will

be an In-Person meeting at Carmel City Hall (2 floor Council Chambers) and begins at 6 PM.
6. The Item will also appear on an agenda of a Plan Commission Review Committee, with dates to be determined.
