with all members present, ginutes of last meeting were read

The Clerk was instructed to wr~te the Gross Income Tax
Division for a statement of the amount of gross income tax
owing by Town of Carmel on its municipally owned water plant.
A petition with eight signers for a street light on 2nd.Ave.
and Corp.line was read.
Nutt moved and Vogenberger seconded the motion to grant petition.
Henry Burgher was present to request a complaint concerning
buses parking in the drive of his filling station to load and
unload passengers and freight. The clerk was instructed to ask
the safety director o~ State Police to send a representative
out to assistin this problem.

Perry and ~ary ~mith petition to have their lot lying on the North
east border of the corporation annexed to the town was approved
upon by a motion by Vogenberger, seconded by Brooks.

The steeet eommissioner was instructed to inspect the street
lying south of the Smith property for any possible obstruction
of ~he drainage.
