Vogenberger acted as chairman in the absence of Rue Hinshav;. minutes of last meeting were ream and adopted. Nineteen citizens in the vicinity of the Carmel Frozen Foods Locker plant a~peare~ in protest to the smoke and noise of animals 0rought for butchering at th~ plant. H.C.Burne~t acte~ as spokesman fo~ the group. He asserted there had been no improve_ ment in conUitions since th~y first filed complainer at the March meeting of tl~e Ooard of trustees. Each one present voiced his complaint of the nuisance. Mr. Edes, the present owner of the locker plant, was brought ¢o the meeting and he agreed to cooperate in eliminating the nuisance.
