In regard to the request of Glenn Martz for a light on First
Ave. S. W., he was instructed to present a statement, signed by
property owners, that the street contained dark spots, and reques~t
lng the lighting engineer to come and rectify the condition.
Upon a motion by Dawson, seconded by Vogenberger, a petion for
black top on 8th St., between tst. and 2nd. Aves., was granted.
Vogenberger moved, Nutt seconded, to accept the proposaX of
McNeeley to paint and repair the street ~rkers.
Vogenberger moved, Nutt seconded, to accept the offer by Pearl
Jeffries to donate a street to the town.
Upon a motion by Vogenberger,seconded by Nutt, H. C. Burnetts
petition for approval of a court in the Weidler addition of Carmel
was granted.
