.Meeting of the Board of Town Trustees in the Town building was
called at 8:00 otclock with all members present. Minutes of the
previous meeting were read and adopted.
The date of Septembe~~ lB, 1950, was set for the niminateing meeting
for the purpose of filling the unexpired terms of ~lerk-Treas.,
Trustees of precincts numbers one~ two, three, and five. The meet-
ing will oe held in the Carmel Libr~ry and will be called to order
at ~:00 otclock P.~.
Mr. V. Patty was present and discussed the property lines of his
property with regar~ to First Avenue South West. The Board could
take no action on this matter since there was no petition fo~ the
opening of that portion of First Avenue South West.
Mr. G. Verp~ank of Gra~le Bros. Inc. was present and discussed the
cos~ factor of curb, gutter, and sidewalk.
Hash moved to enlist Gradle Bros. Inc. to plat cross section and
give estimate to reduce the grade to proper level on alz Range Line
Road intersections and continuation of the lateral to prepare a
grade for a thirty foot street~and palce curb and gutter to rear of
sidewalk on approaches on Range Line Road. Second by Brooks.
Motimn carried.
A special meeting date of July 18, 19~0 was established.
Ordinance Ordering a Stop and Go Signal, for the intersection of
State Road 4ol and State Road ~o4 was read and adopted.

Mr. G. Adams, asr. Fire Chief of Carmel Fire Dept., asked the Board
to clarify the misposition of the Town property where the Fire Del.t.
~,as bui~ming their new fire house. Trustee Ramsey anu Juage Itinse,
representing Trustee Beaver were present. It was agreed that an ora-
