The regular meeting of the Town moard ~f Trustees met in the Town Buiidng
on the above date with Moffitt aosent. I~r. ~pplegate calmed the meetin~
to order at 7:~0 o cloc~ after .hich the minuets of the lass meeting were
~?ea~ dna a~opted. A financial report was then presenteu Dy the Clerk-
it was moved by Hinshaw, second by Buckles; that Roadways Inc. De given the
work ord,~for the oiling of those streets in Carmel as designated Oy the
Street Co~aissioner anu the Street D~ember of the Town Board. No single work
order for any given month was to exceed five hundred dollars. This motion
~as carries.
~r. Casler's Salrey was raised from ]~EO0 tovES5, by consent.

moved, Padget second that the resolution be adopted as read. So carried.

hers present. The minuets of the last meeting were read and adopted.
A speciai meeting was set for the evenino of July ~ at 7:~0 o'clock at
the fire station to receive sealeu bid for ~00 tons (more or less)
stone, si~e 9, il, & 1~{ and ~0,000 g~l. of liquid a~phalt (more or less~
to be applied a~ specified by the Boar~ of Trustees~ or a member of 5hat
Board , and /or the Street Comm.
loffitt moved, second by Padget, and so carried , that the Town of ~armel
advertise for the purchase of a f ton truck.

D~ubenspeck, Stanley ~nd Moffitt to get prices on putting in the
ditch ~nd the type of tile, etc. ~
