Mr. ~on Christy appearea before the Boaru ~ith regard to the property
covered in abstracts owneu by him and consiQerea as ally ~?ays and used
as such by the residents of Carmel for many years. The 5o~ no acDion

After s~e ~iscussi~n, ~uckies moved the To~n ~oa~a of Trustees sign
the a~plication for the F[re Dept. to obtain a radio co~m]unication
system, provieeing the Fire Dept. ~oulU pay for same ~i%h their o~n
fun~s. Second 0y Hinsi~a~ --motion carried.

The regular meeting of the Boar~ of Trustees was calieu to order a~
7:~0 o,clock with, B~get aOsent. The m~n~soSft~helAaSt~mee~g were
read and adopted.
Mr. Don Christy appeare~bmfore the. B~ard with regard to his property.
The Board could take no action on his proposition to exchange
property rights with ~he Town of Carmel.
Mr. Burnett appeared and explained this position on Burnett 8ouSt, a
develgpement~ithihhe limits ~f the Carmel, Corp.
Glen Martz building permit was discussed. Moffttt relate= to the Board
the original plans oF issuing building perml=s. Ross Hunt, the building
£nspec=or to inspect the ~lueprints of proposea buildlng~ and if given
his appr,val then the Town Clerk will issue the permit. If no~ approved
~y Oui~ulng Luspector, then all parties must appear before the Board
for any action tha~ is forthcoming.
2he Boa rd of Trustees ordered the Town employs to contact Glenn Martz
and order him to move his equipment off the Towm=lgh$..away.
The Board voted to rise Max Caslers salary twentyfive dollarsper month
makeing a total of twohundred and fifty dollars per,nth. The motion
was ma~e by Buckles and seconded by Moffitt.
