RE: Change Order # ract 26 - Old Meridian Water Main Improvements
Dear Board Members:
The Change Order before you for approval for $44,830 is for Contract 26 - Old Meridian
Water Main Improvements. The Change is needed for the following:
1) 18" Bored Steel Casing - 130 ft. $25,480
This bore was done to provide future water service to St. Vincent's Hospital and
planned future expansion.
2) 24" Bored Steel Casing - 90 Pc $19,350
This bore was done to serve future development and customers on Main Street
west of Old Meridian.
