Two recorded as instrument No. 2021059979, Plat Cabinet #6, Slide 4146 in the Office of the Recorder for
Hamilton County, Indiana must be corrected. A portion of the area included in the aforesaid plat is owned by
Gramercy Development Partners, LLC and were inadvertently omitted under the Owner/Subdivider on sheet 8 of
8 of said plat. The omitted Owner/Developer for Gramercy Development Partners, LLC has been executed and
notarized on sheet 2 herein.
