6. Committee to consider Docket No. 39-91 PP, a primary plat (replat)
application for Woodfield Section 7 subdivision. The primary plat consists of
13 lots on 7.55 acres of land. The site is located on the south side of 146th
Street approx. one half mile east Gray Road. Site is zoned S-1 residence
district. Petitioner is requesting approval to subdivide the property into 13
single family lots.

7. Committee to consider Docket No. 41-91 SP, a secondary plat application for
Avian Glen, Section 1. Plat consists of 28 lots on 18.19 acres of land. Site
is located at approximately one half mile south of 146th Street on the west
side of Hazeldell Road and is zoned S-1.

Comments;
- DOCD informed petitioner of Street tree planting commitment from the
developer as part of the primary plat approval - petitioner to work with the
utilities and DOCD for the placement of the trees
Staff recommends approval contingent on the Tree Preservation Plan and other
commitments of the approved primary plat be incorporated into the development
of section 1.
