Nelson December 8, 1993 Nelson & Frankenburger 3021 East 98th Street Suite 220 Indpls., IN 46280 Re: ADLS application for Boston Chicken, 615 Cannel Drive, Carmel Dear Mr. Nelson, Upon review your submitted materials, the following items need to be addressed and updated plans submitted for review: - Lighting Plan - - Height of the lighting fixtures needs to be indicated. - Footcandle limits need to be indicated on the plans. - Cut sheets and typical drawings of the proposed light fixtures. - Will the proposed ground sign be the only sign proposed. - Landscaping is currently being reviewed by Mike Hollibaugh, LA of our office, comments will be forthcoming. - Location maps - - Please prepare location maps, indicating the current zoning and land use of subject site and adjacent sites. I would prefer that these be on 8 1/2" x 11" paper so they can be attached to the staff reports. Development Plan - - Detailed drainage plans and calculations will need to be submitted to and approved by the Carmel City Engineer. - Can an interconnection of parking lots be addressed to the property to the east and west - allow interflow of traffic between sites - Can a complete breakdown of parking be prepared and added to the plat - please include required spaces per Zoning Code. - Please add setback lines to the front, side and rear yards of the property - Please add perimeter drainage and utility easements to the site. - Please add building square footage and dimension the building on the development plan. - Sidewalks will need to be included on the drawings and installed along Cannel Drive. - Please submit complete building elevations including dimensions, materials and colors.
