• Fresh Quality,Homestyle Meals. The Company believes that its menu focus on marinated, slow-roasted rotisserie
chicken and a wide assortment of freshly prepared, homestyle side dishes is consistent with current industry trends,
including the increasing use of take-home prepared foods, an expanding interest in chicken, and consumer desire for
homestyle meals.
• Fresh chicken and produce are delivered to each store several times a week for fresh preparation.
• Side dishes such as mashed potatoes, corn, stuffing, creamed spinach, and steamed assorted vegetables are freshly
prepared each day. Stores also offer fresh-baked chicken pot pies, a variety of chicken sandwiches, chicken soup,
desserts, and beverages.
• Cooked food items are prepared with the use of ovens and steamers, rather than the fryers, grills, and microwaves
utilized by most food establishments.
• Complete Meal Value. Boston Chicken stores emphasize complete, reasonably priced meals rather than focusing on
discounted per piece or a' la carte pricing. Meals include roasted chicken, customer selected side dishes, and corn
bread. Complete meals begin at$3.99, and menu combinations and packaging provide convenient multiple meal
combinations for families, groups, and large gatherings.
• Customer Service Commitment. The Boston Chicken system seeks friendly, customer oriented, and highly motivated
employees at all levels and positions to help ensure that every Boston Chicken customer has a pleasant dining
experience, including a friendly greeting and individual attention to all aspects of their order. Customers are
