Patch and repair roof as needed. 2 Refer to MEP drawings for rooftop equipment information. Provide matching roofing crickets and flashing as required. Provide walkable mats at equipment per building standard. 3 GC to verify location of existing equipment and relocate as required. Coordinate in field with Owner and Landlord. NORTH 1. Do not scale drawings. If dimensions are in question, the contractor shall be responsible for seeking clarification from Architect prior to construction. 2. All dimensions are from finished surface to finished surface, unless noted otherwise. 3. Confirm roof warranty/requirements with Landlord prior to commencement of work. All roof work shall be provided by a landlord approved roofing contractor. 4. Label all rooftop equipment with space number per building standards. 5. No roof curb adaptors are permitted.
