EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE TERM~ AND CONDITIONS
1. Minolta Business $olutlons, Inc. (hereinafter "MBS"). a subsidiary of Mlnolt~ Corporgdon, egress to perform malntesanes
se~ce with respec~ to equipment in eccerdsnce with the following terms and conditions.

5. Maintenance and other charges are those in el/eot at the time this agreement was accepted Dy MBS or on the date of each
renewal, Equipment maintenance service during warranty period shall be provided at no charge to the customer.
Payment is due within thirty ($(~) days from the date of the invoice. Should the customer fail to make any payment due

7. Preventative maintenance sewice to be performed under this Agreement shall be performed st · time or times determined
by MSS and may be made at the same time ee service cells.
8. Necessary service calls performed during normal business hours are included in the Agreement price. Overtime cha~ges et
MBS' then currsnt rate shall apply and bc invOiCed for all service Dells made ou'mide normal business ours. Normal
business hours shall mean 8:30 am to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday exclusive of holidays.
9. This Agreement does n~t cover service neCessitated by malfunotlons of part~ and/or attachments of non-Minolta
manufeoture or by use of operating supplies such as paper and toner not compatible with the equipment.
10. Without prior written authorization, this Agreement shall not apply to any equipment whloh ceases to be st the customer
location described on the reverse side hereof or ts damaged through accident, abuse, misuse, theft, neglect acts of third
parties, fire, water, casualty or any other natural force.
