ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE
AN ORDiNANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA
PROVIDiNG FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FROM THE MOTOR
VEHICLE HIGHWAY FUND OPERATiNG BALANCE
WHEREAS, an amount of $1,599.96 is needed to cover unanticipated expenses in the
2000 Budget of the Carmel Street Department,
WHEREAS, the City of Carmel has excess funds, due to an insurance reimbursement, in
the amount of $1,599.96 in the operating balance of the Motor Vehicle Highway Fund and wish
to appropriate to the line item for the unanticipated expenses,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Carmel, Indiana, that the Council authorizes the following additional appropriation:
To the City of Carreel Street Department Budget:
Line Item #1~Z4Trees $1,599.96
Total Street Department Budget: $1,599.96
