HomeMy WebLinkAboutD-1468-00 Salary Ord./Clerk-TreasORDINANCE D-1468-00 AS AMENDED AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES OF THE APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CLERK-TREASURER CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA, FOR THE YEAR 2001 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIAN& THAT: I, the undersigned, Diana L. Cordray, Clerk-Treasurer of the City of Carmel, Indiana, as required by Indiana Code IC 36-4-7~3(d) and IC 36-4-10-7(b) hereby request the maximum salaries and pay schedule of appointed officers and employees of the Clerk- Treasurer City of Carmel, be established beginning December 23, 2000, and continuing until December 21, 2001, and that such salary rates be approved by the Common Council as follows: DEPARTMENT & POSITION CLERK-TREASURER DEPUTY CLERK/SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR / SENIOR FINANCIAL ADVISOR DEPUTY CLERK/PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR DEPUTY CLERK-TREASURER PART-TIME/TEMPORARY LIP TO A MAXIMUM BI-WEEKLY SALLY 1468.43 1328.58 1092.20 UP TO 12.50 PERHOUR Section 1. Full-time employees of the Clerk-Treasurer's Office shall receive $150.00 per year above their regular salary for longevity. Terms and conditions of longevity pay shall conform to the City's most current rules and regulations as adopted by the Cannel Common Council. Section 2. Each employee of the Clerk-Treasurer's office who is required to work on a declared holiday, whether on a scheduled or unscheduled basis, shall receive ten dollars ($10.00) per hour premium pay for each hour actually worked on the holiday. Such premium shall be calculated to the nearest quarter hour.
