Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Plan Commission Hearing Officer meeting on Thursday,
November 18 at 11:00 am in the City Hall DOCS Conference Room, 1 Civic Square,3'd Flr,Cannel,
Indiana 46032 will hold a Public Hearing upon a/an DP/ADLS application in order to:
CONSTRUCT A±94,656 MIXED USE BUILDING THAT INCLUDES±16,000 SF OF RETAIL AND±78,656 SF
OF RESIDENTIAL.THE PROPERTY WILL ALSO INCLUDE A±21,552 SF PARKING GARAGE.THE
DEVELOPMENT IS LOCATED NEAR AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF S
RANGELINE RD AND W EXECUTIVE DRIVE,CURRENTLY THE OLD WALGREENS BUILDING.THIS
