Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer meeting on the 22" day
of November, 2021 at 5:15 p.m. in the Carmel City Hall, 2' Flr Caucus Rooms, 1 Civic Sq., Carmel, IN
46032 will hold a Public Hearing upon a Development Standards Variance application to:
Docket No. PZ-2021-00209 V Silvara PUD Section 6.1 Maximum 50% lot coverage allowed, 55.9%
