AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA, AMENDING CHAPTER TWO
SECTION 2-81, OF THE CARMEL CITY CODE
BY THE INCLUSION OF THE SECTION
ENTITLED "APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES"
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana, has set the
salaries for the employees of the City of Carmel during the year 1996,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to make certain amendments to said Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Carmel,
Indiana, as follows:
Section I. Chapter 2, Section 2-81, of the Carmel City Code, is hereby
amended to include the following:
Department and Position
Up to a Maximum
Salary of:
Clerk-Treasurer's Office
Chief Deputy Clerk Treasurer
Account Payable Administrator/
Deputy Clerk
Payroll Administrator/
Deputy Clerk
Bi-Weekly
$1,050.00
$1,119.89
$1,119.89
Section III. All prior Ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with any
provisions of the Ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section IV. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from January 1,
1996 and after its passage and signing by the Mayor.
