Home My WebLink AboutD-1254-96 Add Approp/MononOrdinance No. D-1254-96 AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA TO APPROPRIATE ADDITIONAL FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND WHEREAS, it has been determined that k is necessary to appropriate addkional money to cover all costs associated with the purchase of that portion of the Monon corridor located between 96th Street and 146th Street in Clay township, Hamilton County, Indiana. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana, that for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following additional sum of money is hereby appropriated and ordered set apart of the funds herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws goveming the same: General Fund Board of Public Works and Safety Budget Line Item ~440 - Capital Outlay, Account 600 - Land $731,475.00 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and ai~er its passage.
