AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FROM
THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, it has been determined that is necessary to appropriate more money than was
appropriated for the Old Towne Main Street Project in the annual budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Carmel,
Indiana, that for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following additional sum of
money is hereby appropriated and ordered set apart of the funds herein named and for the
purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same:
General Fund
Mayor' s Budget
Line item # 590 (Special Projects)
$25,000.00
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
