CUMULATIVE CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT FUND #211
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate more money than was
appropriated in the annual budget;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAIN D by the Common Council of the City of Cannel,
Hamilton Indiana, that for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following additional
sum of money is hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the funds herein named and for
the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing same:
Cumulative Capital Development Fund #211 $128,775
Account #622 Sidewalk Construction $128,775
Construction of Sidewalk along Bridge #139 over Cool Creek on Gray Road.
This Ordinance shah be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
Passed by the Common Council of the City of Carreel, Indiana, this
