AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA
AMENDING CHAPTER 3, ARTICLE I, SECTION 3-18,
OF THE CITY CODE
WHEREAS, the Common Council is interested in receiving reports
from the Council's and the Mayor's standing committees in a public
forum; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council is interested in amending its rules as
to how it conducts business to include committee reports on its
agenda;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARMEL, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. Chapter 3, Article I, Section 3-18 Order of Business.
The Common Council shall conduct its order of business as follows:
