T-~T T~ .' ~U,':T.T.T~ DTI~.TFRTNC .., W~EREAS, the Common Council of the City of Camel, Indiana has determined that Chapter 9, Article 2, Section 9-60, concerning the metering of multi-family dwellings should be added to the Canal City Code: NOW, TI-IEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED ny THE COMMON COUNCIL, OF TPrE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: ~~~.i.o/1 ~, Chapter 9, Article 2, Section 9~O6, Of the Carmel City Code 1a hersPy added to read as follows: Sac. 9-66. Multi-Family Dwelling Metering. There shall not be more than four (4) apartment units, condominiums, or other multi-family dwellings metered on a single water meter. .S3_Gio/~ TT.
