CARMEL, INDIANA, CHAPTER 41, SECTION 41.08
AND SCHEDULE B THEREOF, ESTABLISHINGAN AUTOMATIC
STOP INTERSECTION AT MEDICAL DRIVE AND RANGELINE ROAD
WHEREAS, the City of Carmel has adopted a Code of Ordinances
which constitute the City Code of Carmel, Indiana; and
WHEREAS, said Code of Ordinances provides for traffic
control and the establishment of stop intersections at Chapter
41.08; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the citizens of the
City of Carmel, Indiana, that City Ordinance 41, Section 41.08,
and Schedule B thereof, be amended to establish an automatic
vehicular traffic stop at the intersection.of Medical Drive and
Rangeline Road, Carmel, Indiana.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF.CARMEL, INDIANA, THAT Carmel City Ordinance, as amended,
Chapter 41, Section 41.08, and Schedule B thereof, is hereby
amended to establish an automatic vehicular traffic stop at the
intersection of Medical Drive and Rangeline Road in Carmel,
Indiana.
IT 'IS FURTHER ORDAINED that the Carmel Street Department
shall post all necessary signage as required by this Ordinance,
forthwith.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage. Passed by the Common Council of the City of
Carmel, Indiana, this ~ day of Soptombe.~, 1990.
