FUNDS FOR CITY DEPARTMENTS
WHEREAS, there is a need for the various departments of the
City of Carmel to maintain petty cash funds; and,
WHEREAS, inorder to properly account for said monies, it is
necessary that petty cash funds be established; and,
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the citizens of the
City of Carmel that such funds be established;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA, THAT:
There are established petty cash funds for the following
departments of the city in the following amounts:
1. Department of Community Development:
2. Camel City Court:
3. Enforcement Aid Fund:
4. Mayor:
5. Utilities:
water
sewer
6. Police Department:
petty cash:
change :
petty cash:
petty cash:
petty cash:
change :
petty cash:
petty cash:
accident reports change:
gun permits change:
up to $100.00
up to $100.00
up to $150.00
up to $150.00
up to $200.00
up to $400.00
up to $100.00
up to $100.00
up to $10.00
up to $10.00
'That all other Petty Cash Funds heretofore established shall
remain in full force and effect, unless otherwise amended by this
ordinance.
That this ordinance shall become effective upon passage.
All of which is ordained this ~ day of May, 1991.
