B-t 7o AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF CARMEL, INDIANA, CHAPTER 41, SECTION 41.08 AND SCHEDULE B THEREOF, ESTABLISHING A FOUR-WAY STOP INTERSECTION AT ARROWWOOD DRIVE AND SPRUCE DRIVE WHEREAS, the City of Carmel has adopted a Code of Ordinances which constitute the City Code of Carmel, Indiana; and WHEREAS, said Code of Ordinances provides for traffic control and the establishment of stop intersections at Chapter 41.08; and WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the citizens of the City of Carmel, Indiana, that City Ordinance 41, Section 41.08, and Schedule B thereof, be amended to establish a four-way vehicular traffic stop at the intersection of Arrowwood Drive and Spruce Drive, Carmel, Indiana. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA, THAT Carmel City Ordinance, as amended, Chapter 41, Section 41.08, and Schedule B thereof, is hereby amended to establish a four-way vehicular traffic stop at the intersection of Arrowwood Drive and Spruce Drive in Carmel, Indiana. IT IS FURTHER ORDAINED that the Carmel Street Department shall post all necessary signage as required by. this Ordinance, forthwith. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage. Passed by the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana, this ~ day of July, 1990. ATTESTATION: Clerk-Treasurer COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA Presiding Officer CHAPTER 13 ANIMALS 13.01 FARM ANIMALS. It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain cows, swine, chickens, horses, sheep, goats or ducks within the limits of the City of Carreel in any area conisting of less than three acres. This section shall not apply to the maintenance of horses for riding purposes at authorized stables. (D-41, 8/ZZ/7Z) 13.0Z KEEPING OF CATTLE AND HOGS. It shall be unlawful for any person to keep within the City of Carreel, any feeding lots or barns for the stabling and feeding of any cattle, dairy cattle or hogs, for feeding or dairying purposes; or to erect or maintain any stock pens to be used for feeding pens or lots for cattle or hogs. All pens for such purposes are declared a nuisance and dangerous to the public health of the citizens of the city. (3/6/22; D-lZ, 5/1/56) 13.03 DOMESTIC ANIMALS AT LARGE. A person responsible for a domestic animal shall. not recklessly permit the animal to run at large in the city. 13.04 CHICKENS RUNNING AT LARGE. No person shall permit any chickens to run at large in the city. The owner of chickens found running at large shall be liable to a fine of not less than $1, nor more than $15. (D-9, 4/19/56) 13.05 DOGS AND CATS AT LARGE. No person shall permit any dog or cat owned or kept or under control of such person to run at large. 13.06 POISONING DOGS AND CATS. It shall be unlawful for any person to place, feed or make available to any dog or cat any poison or poisoned food or other substance for the purpose of poisoning, killing, destroying or harming such animals.
