AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FROM THE
GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate more money than
was appropriated in the annual budget,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of~the City of Carmel, Hamilton
County, In'diana, that for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following
additional sum of money is hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the
funds herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws
governiBg same. The following additional appropriations are restricted to the
3 (three) specific funds to be spent only for the uses requested and that any amounts
not spent on these specific items be returned to the general fund:
GENERAL FUND $22,572.00
That for the period following the effective date of this ordinance there is hereby
appropriated out of the above fund the following specified amount;
FIRE DEPT. - ACCT.# 3601 - Equipment Repairs
POLICE DEP.- ACCT.# 4402 - Motor Equipment
POLICE DEP.- ACCT.# 4403 - Other Equipment
$2,000.00
$14,800.00
$5,772.00
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
