AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate more money
than was appropriated in the annual budget,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Carmel,
Hamilton County, Indiana, that for the expenses of said municipal corporation
the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered
set apart out of the funds herein named and for the purposes herein specified,
subject to laws governing same:
GENERAL FUND
$11,180.00
That for the period following the effective date of this Ordinance there is
hereby appropriated out of the above fund the following specified amounts;
GENERAL FUND $11,180.00
TO POLICE BUDGET ACCOUNT #1136
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
