EXHIBIT 10
Looking south from the Subject Property the Johnson’s house front can be seen.
Without the Trellis Topper, the house would remain in full view. The Trellis Topper
should improve privacy.
12
EXHIBIT 11
Looking south from the Subject Property the Johnson’s house rear side garages can be
seen. Without the Trellis Topper, the house and drive into the garages would remain in
full view. The Trellis Topper should improve privacy.
13
EXHIBIT 12
Looking south from the Subject Property driveway it can be seen that the overall effect
of the Trellis Topper is not that impactful. However when in the yard next to the fence
the Trellis Topper should improve privacy.
14
EXHIBIT 13
The net effect of the Trellis Topper provides further privacy but with minimal impact on
the adjoining property. This view is the same perspective as Exhibit 1 and demonstrates
the contrast in privacy.
