The structural system is frame. The foundation is concrete. Exterior walls are replacement vinyl siding. The building has a cross gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one center, straddle ridge, brick chimney. Windows are replacement aluminum,1/1 double -hung sashes. An enclosed porch is at the southeast corner of the structure and includes a band of windows along the south elevation.
