ORDINANCE NO. D-1537-01
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA,
AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
TO THE DEPARTMENT OF LAW AND THE REDUCTION
OF CERTAIN EXISTING APPROPRIATIONS
WHEREAS. it has been determined that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was
appropriated in the annual budget for the Department of Law and to reduce certain other existing
appropriations; and
WHEREAS, proper notice has been given to taxpayers of such additional appropriation and
appropriation reductions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Carreel, Hamilton
County, State of Indiana, that for the expenses of the City of Carmel, the following additional sum of money is
hereby appropriated to the fund named and for the purposes specified, subject to the laws governing same:
