INSTALL A MINIMUM OF 4" AGGREGATE BASE UNDER CURB AND GUTTER AND CONCRETE SIDEWALKS. 23. UPON COMPLETION OF EXCAVATION AND FILLING, CONTRACTOR SHALL RESTORE ALL STREETS AND DISTURBED AREAS ON SITE.
