Proposed concrete areas will push us over the 35% lot coverage limitation, so we are seeking a variance for 42%, from UDO Section 2.10. With the property being known as 842 West Auman Drive, Carmel, Indiana 46032. The application is identified as Docket No. PZ-2021-00188V.
