ORDINANCE NO. D-1588-02
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL,
INDIANA, APPROVING AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
FOR THE BARRETT LAW REVOLVING FUND
WHEREAS, an amount of $38,500 is needed to cover expenses for the Brookshire
North Street Light Project, and
WHEREAS, the Barrett Law Revolving Fund has excess funds of $38,500,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Carmel, Indiana, as follows:
The Common Council shall be authorized to transfer an appropriation of
$38,500 from the Operating Balance of the Barrett Law Revolving Fund
to
Line Item #621-06 Brookshire North Street Light Project
