ORDINANCE NO. D-1625-03
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA,
AMENDING CHAPTER 4, ARTICLE 3, DIVISION IV, SECTION 4-79,
OF THE CARMEL CITY CODE
WHEREAS, the occurrence of false alarms from private residential and
systems has become an increasing problem in the City; and

WHEREAS, the City's public safety personnel are put at risk and are
other public safety emergencies whenever they respond to a false alarm; and
for
WHEREAS, the Common Council desires to modify the,
alarms in order to encourage City residents to kee~
