HomeMy WebLinkAboutD-593 Amend CPD SalariesAN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE D-564, SALARY ORDINANCE FOR 1989 SALARIES FOR CARMEL POLICE DEPARTMENT WHEREAS~ the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana, has set the salaries for employees of the Carmel Police Department to be paid during the year 1989. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Carmel, to- wit: That the salaries for the employees of the Carmel Police Department to be paid during the year 1989 are amended as follows: NO. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that compensation for overtime worked shall be paid to employees according to the policies of the City of Carmel and shall be in addition to amounts herein specified. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED Police Officers exempted from Social Security shall receive 7.51% of their salaries as additional compensation which shall be deferred. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED First Class Patrolman's salary as stated in this
