AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FROM THE
GENERAL FUND
LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT CONTINUING EDUCATION FUND
REVENUE SHARING FUND
WHEREAS, It has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate
more money than was appropriated in the annual budget;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Carmel, Hamilton County, Indiana, that for the expenses of said
municipal corporation the following additional sum of money is
hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the funds herein
named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws
governing same:
General Fund $10,000.00
Local Law Enforcement
Continuing Education 2,046.00
Revenue Sharing
3,500.00
That for the period following the effective date of this Ordinance
there is hereby appropriated out of the above named fund the follow-
ing specified:
General Fund -
Local Law Enforcement
Continuing Education
Pro
$10,000 - Engineering p
$ 2,046 - Police Education Fund
Revenue Sharing $ 3,500 - SPecial Census
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
its passage.
