NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Carmel, to wit: That the salaries for employees of the City of Carmel, Other than Police and Fire Departments, to be paid during the year 1985, are as follows: DEPARTMENT & POSITION MAYOR Secretary Admin.
